FEBRUARY FOOD DRIVE

The Midway and Heber Valley Stakes each take a month to help fill the needs of our local food pantries. Our stake is helping donate needed items in February.  We ask that families please help by donating what they can to help those less fortunate. Some of the big needs are: canned meats, tuna, beef, chicken, spam etc. Sugar, Rice (any quantity) and Beans (dry or canned).  All donations are welcomed. Donations can be dropped of at Jodi's house, or delivered to Heber Valley CCPC, 55 E Center St. (435-657-9493), OR Community Action (Tues. 12-6.  Thurs. 10-4)  188 S 50 W Heber City (435-654-2182).

(We still don’t have information on the Feed Utah Food Drive scheduled for 14 March . We will get that to you as soon as we hear.)

Self Reliance Classes

We are excited to inform you that the stake is sponsoring four classes on important self-reliance topics beginning February 17th. The classes run for eight weeks and will be held on Tuesday evenings in the stake center at 7:00 pm. We encourage all stake members to consider taking one of these classes. (Class offerings are dependent on interest levels and pre-registration. We need at least 3 participants for each class.) Theclasses being offered are:

-Starting and Growing Your Business

-Personal Finances
